  • Overview

    The Senior Manager - Business to Business (B2B) Sales will be responsible for overseeing a B2B team and increase sales of our T-Mobile products and services. This person will manage a team of account executives within a region, and drive results in an Always Better culture. The Senior Manager – B2B Sales will ideally have an established book of business, and will coach the team in building a book of business, helping to negotiate and close sales, conducting client visits and providing feedback to Account Executives.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Manager – B2B Sales will be responsible for the following tasks:

      • Drive B2B results by making joint sales calls with Account Executives

     • Coach team on generating and qualify sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking

    • Train and coach Account Executives on the B2B selling process

    • Negotiate and close business during sales calls

    • Train Account Executives on Corporate initiatives and tools to support B2B strategy

    • Manage the team’s use of sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools

    • Perform forecasting and reporting on all B2B sales activities

    Qualifications

    The Senior Manager - B2B Sales will need the following to succeed:

    • 80% travel required
    • 5 plus years of proven B2B sales
    • 2 plus years documented successful coaching B2B sales people
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
    • Strong documentation and organizational skills
    • Ability to develop relationships and credibility with individuals at all organizational levels
    • Strong communication skills
    • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
    • Ability to influence without authority
    • Strong ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
    • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
