    The Administrative Assistant will:

    • Perform project management tasks, including follow-up, tracking and providing updates to all necessary parties
    • Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports
    • Maintain physical and electronic files
    • Manage Excel spreadsheets, tracking sales activity and productivity
    • Prepare expense reports using Concur
    • Perform research and other administrative tasks as directed for channel development and operational needs
    • Assist with filing, faxing, copying, scanning as needed
    • Perform data entry and ensure records are properly updated
    • Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and calendar management
    • Perform various duties as deemed appropriate by the departmental leadership


    You are qualified for the Administrative Assistant position if you have:

    • A strong desire to contribute
    • Friendly disposition, strong work ethic, attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
    • At least 2 years Administrative support experience
