    Responsibilities

    The Retail Assistant Manager will:

    • Work with the Retail Store Manager to ensure attainment of all sales and revenue goals
    • Achieve established sales quotas and lead by example in all aspects of the sales process,
      product knowledge and customer satisfaction/retention.
    • Help sales team meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
    • Infuse every Mobile Associate with a serious passion for our products and our mission
    • Ensure customer wait times are at a minimum through the management of the supporting
      staff
    • Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment
      conversations
    • Maintain an organized store environment at all times.
    • Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new products and offerings
    • Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to Ameritel
      Standards
    • Assist in the sourcing of talent for current or future needs within the store.

    Qualifications

    You are the ideal candidate for the Retail Assistant Manager position if you have:

    • 1-2 years of retail management experience
    • 2-4 Years of experience within a quota driven environment
    • Excellent communications, including written and verbal skills
    • Interpersonal skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with our products, features
